AFGRI

This R5.5bn a year giant in the agricultural sector has taken its first steps into the broader retail sector. QBCon designed a business solution for Afgri that links the systems of its previously separate business units, each of which ran different ERP systems.  The massive undertaking was done within 8 months and at a fraction of the cost of similar competitors.

QBCon also provided innovative solutions for Afgri’s retail environment where challenges like the lack of a communication infrastructure was overcome.

Europ Assistance

Europ Assistance, the local branch of the world wide assistance and insurance provider in the insurance and disaster management industry contracted QBCon to provide it with a comprehensive incident claim management system that will manage many of it core processes.  In addition Europ Assistance also asked QBCon to install the natural language database search systems, EasyAsk®, for which QBCon is the only certified installer in Southern Africa.

United National Breweries

United National Breweries (UNB) needed a laboratory management system that would dramatically reduce its costs. QBCon Lab-i allows the brewer to capture data remotely and report on it in a uniform manner.

Cadbury Springer

Cadbury Springer invested in a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). With Q-CMMS Cadbury Springer provides their clients, such as Woolworths, with top class confectionery as well as the greatest benefit in any retail environment…predictability.

Woermann & Bröck 

This diversified Namibian retail specialist, Woermann & Bröck is another long-time QBCon customer with some 400 users.  The implemented QBCon Enterprise solution has seen an expansion to 28 stores that include community grocers to giant wholesale outlets.

Green Gain

Green Gain needed to expand their service offering that provides Environmental Legal Compliance Services, Environmental Awareness Training, Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Legal Register and Auditing services. QBCon expanded the functionality of the environmental consulting house's DigiLex system. The new system is an integrated legal compliance system that performs as a legal compliance tool allowing the user to have access to all the suites of the Safety, Health and Environmental field. SMB Solutions

QBCon added a time and billing web application onto SAP Business One® for SMB Solutions. This allows users to access the SAP Business One® add-on via the web.

Genrec

QBCon installed a computerised maintenance management system- Q-CMMS at Genrec. This lead to Genrec passing the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards covering Operations, Safety, Health and Environment.

Central Analytical Laboratories

Central Analytical Laboratories (CAL) specialise in the agricultural and horticultural industry analyse soil, plant material and fruit, animal feeds, water, fertiliser, lime, growth media and garden soil. QBCon configured and customised Lab-i according to CAL's unique business requirements.

FDA

The Food and Drug Assurance (FDA) Laboratory replaced their existing time-consuming manual reporting system with a custom developed computerised reporting- and laboratory management system. QBCon customised their standard LIMS system to meet the unique needs of FDA.

WRE

West Rand Engineering enhanced its plant maintenance and safety-related activities by replacing their outdated CMMS. QBCon’s Q-CMMS ensures that maintenance and engineering managers can examine repair history, identify trends and improve the reliability of equipment.

MassCash needed an application to calculate and compare the best price deals from various suppliers for independent traders buying through the group. They selected the business solution provider QBCon to design and implement a price maintenance system.
