QBCon Employees Light Up Children's Christmas 

QBCon believes Christmas is not only a day of giving. It represents a day of living since God gave up his only Son so that we can be led out of all pain. For many children Christmas means waking up to a beautifully decorated tree and loads of gifts, but not all children are so lucky.

This year the employees at QBCon ran their own employee project to brighten up Christmas for less fortunate children. They identified Pinocchio nursery school in Daspoort, Pretoria West for this endeavour. Pinocchio is one of the oldest nurseries in Pretoria where 120 children can safely play and learn during the day. To some of these children Christmas is far from a fairy tale.

A few QBCon employees bought gifts for the children at the nursery. Charmain Serfontein handed over the gifts to delighted faces at Pinocchio on 4 December. “It was amazing to see the happiness in the children’s eyes, even when they only received a ball as a gift," said Serfontein.
