QBCon has designed a web interface for SAP Business One® that will allow users to remotely access the small business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The development is part of a SAP Business One® implementation by SMB Solutions. The QBCon interface makes it possible for management to track  project status and staff activity in real time, for projects that take place off-site. 

SMB Solutions is an accredited reseller of SAP Business One®, an integrated, affordable business management application for small to medium companies. SMB Solutions needed an application that would enable their clients to create projects and manage expenses and time against these projects. However, the application needed to be accessible through the web due to employee mobility.  QBCon is a business solution provider and with its experience and understanding of web development, they proved to be the perfect outsourcer for SMB Solutions.

QBCon added a time and billing web application onto SAP Business One® for SMB Solutions in April 2008. This allows users to access the SAP Business One® add-on via the web. By using the web, users can manage timesheets and expense reports on the premises or on demand. This makes the user’s life easier and saves a considerable amount of money because it minimises the number of non-billable hours by reducing the time it takes to update and improve the accuracy of time and expense tracking. Unlike desktop applications, web applications can be updated and maintained without distributing and installing software on hundreds of computers.
